There are 34 provinces and special administrative zones in China. The Chief has been to 26 of them. Tonight I will go to Dalian Liaoning Province. That will make 27, with 7 to go. I still must visit Xinjiang, Gansu, Ningxia, Sichuan, Guizhou, Jiangsu and Heilongjiang!!!
