Who we are:
We are Real Estate Brokerage division of a highly reputed group of companies backed by the promoter having in depth 8 years of experience for Dubai/UAE Real Estate industry.
The company is engaged in buying and selling brokerage and rental brokerage backed by significant on-line and print marketing support. Company also has active website & CRM system.
You should have:
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong team player
Well groomed personality
Real Estate sales and rental experience in recent past in Dubai
Strong networking
Driving License and own car/rent car is must
RERA Broker Card
The role will include but not limited to:
An intermediary in negotiations between buyer and sellers/tenants & owners.
Precisely preparing property presentation by viewing, taking pictures, collecting required documents and evaluating market prices (by comparing prices with properties recently sold/rented)
Responding to any enquiry and emails on the same day.
Coordinating in showing properties to prospective buyers/tenants
Assisting clients to raise the finance in case of mortgage required by the buyer
Developing up to date networking with the Property Developers
Maintaining up to date database of enquiries and implementing structured follow ups
Achieving the designated targets
